Game Produce

A delicious and healthy alternative to many other meats

Wild Game not only carries greater flavour than farm reared meats, but the health benefits are also more significant. Wild Game is free to explore and run in a natural environment, therefore the meat is far leaner and significantly lower in cholesterol than other produce which is confined to restrictive spaces. This reduced fat content is attributable to both activity and diet; Wild Game feeds on nutritional greens and vegetation whereas domesticated animals are fed on grain which increases the fat content. Whereas many shop-bought meats have been compromised with hormones and other artificial supplements, Wild Game has been reared on natural feed and nutrients.

Game is not only a delicious and healthy alternative to other meats; it is also sustainable and could reduce your carbon footprint. At Hampshire Game Limited our wild stock is locally sourced from surrounding counties, resulting in fresher meat and less emissions from both transport and on-site operations.

Our Game produce is collected from the shoots and transported direct to Clanville or Kirdford where it is either chilled, frozen or prepared to the customer’s stipulations before despatch.
